This week I have been taken back by the dramatic effect the surgery has had on my child. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you all for the wonderful care and support you have provided. It certainly wasn’t a straightforward process but throughout the team were very supportive. Then the outstanding care on the day from Mr Hone and the team was so comforting. Anyone with children will truly understand the unwavering and deepest fear of putting the life of the most precious person in someone else’s hands. I’m so grateful it was Mr Hone, his extensive knowledge, experience and caring nature. A heartfelt thank you.

I was concerned about the process as I had never had a general anaesthetic before. Mr Hone was so professional and engaging throughout. He reassured me from the initial consultation, and at all subsequent meetings. His bedside manner was exemplary. I cannot recommend more highly.

My case was quite complicated, but Mr Hone’s care and precision has made the whole process easeful and I seem to be recovering more quickly than anticipated. I can also add that Mr Hone has a relaxed but attentive manner, listening carefully and in a friendly, respectful fashion.

Mr Hone is highly qualified, technically skilled, professionally knowledgeable and up to date in his speciality. I have found him consistently friendly, informative and empathetic. I shall be booking a procedure with confidence, knowing that Mr Hone has taken care to explain the nature and likely outcome of it.

I was given great, concise options around how to proceed forward with surgery, weighing up the pros and cons. The process from understanding everything about the procedure to the pre-assessment to going into surgery was very seamless and easy. Mr Hone did not sugar coat it and said I would experience pain/discomfort afterwards – which was good preparation for what to expect after surgery.

Mr Hone was very reassuring and knowledgeable in diagnosing our son’s ENT issues. Excellent and efficient admin who kept us informed every step of the way.

Mr Hone listened to me, was very thorough and provided me with an explanation of the cause of my symptoms and suggested a treatment. He had an excellent caring manner and I felt at ease and have confidence in his advice.

Mr Hone was most pleasant and extremely informative as to my problems. He gave me such useful information which I will take on board and which will hopefully benefit me. He has followed up the consultation with a letter setting out just what my problems are and all being well, I shall return in 3 months to see him again. Thank you.

It was nice to have an appointment with Mr Hone where you knew someone was listening to you and your complaints. Very thorough examination and clear for what I need to do to rectify the problem. 10/10.
