Special Interests:
Mr Balfour took the time to speak to me before and after my op - very professional and reassuring.
Everything clearly explained and one week since the procedure it appears to have been successful.
Such a lovely doctor. I was petrified. The explanation I was given was short and sweet, just enough knowledge to know what was going on, but not too much so it terrified me. This was a procedure that I’d put off having done for years! because I was too scared, so all credit to Mr Balfour in being able to complete the procedure on me!
Mr Balfour was really kind and professional and did a fantastic job, taking into account how nervous I was. It’s no exaggeration that say I was petrified but Mr Balfour was wonderful and made such a difference.
Everything was explained to me and went exactly to plan. I don't think my experience could have been any better.
Courteous and professional throughout. Too early to comment on success or otherwise of surgery. Recovery turning out as expected.
From my first diagnostic appointment to surgery I felt that I understood what I needed to know about my condition and what was going to happen throughout the process.
My experience with Mr Balfour was excellent and I would recommend him to everyone. He was generous with his time to listen to all your concerns. He did not rush into expensive and unnecessary treatment but understood all the factors. He was very informative about any treatment that was suggested and bedside manner was friendly.
