This policy explains how Kent & Sussex ENT uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device to remember information about your visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve performance, and to provide analytics or advertising.
Does this website use cookies?
No. This website does not set any tracking, advertising or profiling cookies, and it does not store cookies on your device to identify you. Because we do not use non-essential cookies, you will not see a cookie consent banner — there is nothing for you to accept or reject.
How we measure our website
To understand how many people visit the site and how well our pages perform, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics provided by Vercel (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). These tools:
- do not use cookies or store data on your device;
- do not identify you personally or track you across other websites; and
- only give us aggregate, anonymous information such as page views, approximate location (country/region), device type and page loading speed.
Our forms
When you submit our contact or referral forms, the details are processed and delivered to us by our forms provider, Formspree. This is used solely to receive your enquiry and does not place advertising or tracking cookies on your device. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you submit.
Third-party links
Some pages link to third-party websites — for example Google Maps, our surgeons' review profiles, or our social media pages. If you follow those links, the third party may set its own cookies, which are governed by that organisation's own cookie and privacy policies, not this one.
Managing cookies
Even though this site does not set non-essential cookies, you can control and delete cookies from other websites through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies and notify you when a cookie is being set. Please note that blocking cookies on other sites may affect how those sites function.
Changes to this policy
If we ever introduce cookies or additional analytics in the future, we will update this policy — and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
